You should have enough if you buy them from red cert shop, play SSS for monthly rewards, and do your weeklies correctly
Spending them in a "smart way" will go a long way too, if you plan on unlocking mod3 on every operator you own, you'll need to spend yes

Can't go wrong with any of those. Start with the DPS (mylinar and Saki) then the other two. All great ops. Asc slows enemies movespeed alot, does OK damage. Haruka's a great healer.
