Res range from 0-100 because it's a multiplier applied to your arts damage
Def can range much higher because it's a subtraction applied to damage dealt

Basically chen3 will apply both calculations, and pick whichever one is the highest resulting damage

None of those ops you’ve suggested are good but kirin (texalt is ok but limited too) and she’s a collab unit so you aren’t getting her. If you want quick redeploy then gravel if you want helidrop ish you can use surtr if you have her or borrow other units
