Bagpipe is fine if you're only going to use her for her passive, and less her talent. There's not really many obvious upgrade paths.
Arguably a flagbearer would be better than her but arguably replacing anyone else and combining a flagbearer with Bagpipe would be better.

With that many good units you're not really lacking anything beyond Monster needing some development.
