If you want to achieve similar results on the positive side, she will need +67 ASPD if we're using the area under the curve for comparisons. If we use the DPH metric, she'll need around 140 ASPD to match the DPS for 1000 DEF enemies (compared to -57% ASPD performance).

Overall, exu2's steal is too much for her, but if we get someone with -37 steal, they should have good synergy without needing mon3tr for adjustments.

Warfarin is more of a buffer, you want her to apply good buff to your damage dealers, shes pretty good at doing it too.

Ptilopsis is an aoe healer with S2 being a really powerful healing burst if you need it, theres also a unique sp passive thats pretty rare

Lancet, myrrh have their niche but i wouldnt worry about them too much early

Sussuro is a really powerful 4* healer, very good hps comparing to other 4* medics

Ansel is indeed better of the 2 3* medics, i recommend just raising ptilopsis rn and if you do need more in the future consider sussurro
