Usually you should draft 0 hope operators then focus hope into 6*, whoever your strong DPSes are

1.25 sec atk interval
10 dp base cost
25 dp for 35 sec s2. 10 dp for 20 sec s2. 26 sp cost.

You start at ~660 atk due to talent counting deployment.
First s2 in 9 seconds. Let's assume you pay full 25, so 11 + 35 = 46 sec. You ramp to ~677, then ~707.
Second s2 26 seconds later. Assume full 25 pyament. 46 + 26 +20 = 92 sec. You ramp to 738, and finally, ~769 atk, on the 4th pop.

s2 is +150% atk. So at base it's 615 x 2.5 = 1537.5 DpH.
Talent is +atk. So at full ramp its 615 x 2.5 + (769-615) = 1691.5 DpH.

And there we go. We're done. 92 seconds, 60 DP spent, to push up to 770 offskill and 1.7k onskill DpH with no aspd mods.
