Increase projectile speed across all bows DRASTICALLY, like 50% more proj speed, and the class is magically fixed you will see more people playing nomad, because it won’t feel so horrendous to play missing 30/40/50% of ur shots, while other classes miss next to 0% since they’re close range and proj speed is high in general in the game, when u take a class and give it more range, and keep the same proj speed, you will miss targets much more often unless you’re leading your shots.

Let’s be real, this game is what it is because of mobile not because of PC, no mobile player will ever probably pick up nomad as using manual aim on mobile is horrible, hence the auto shooting choice. You also can’t auto shoot on nomad in general, you have to click the button to shoot every time otherwise ur constantly stationary and not moving and overall slow when moving around realms bc you’ll be targeting everything with auto due to long range of bow.

To not be able to use auto fire, to have to click the shoot button, and even then u miss ur shots constantly, the class will always feel bad no matter what buffs u decide on giving it or nerfs or anything. Just missing ur shots feels bad.

We are playing on a massive battlefield map with hit scan guns like COD, and you’re giving a player a gun with massive bullet drop. This feels bad.

It feels like if nomad hit every single shot because it had 100000 projectile speed, hit scan essentially, and giving all bows a passive of “miss 30% of ur shots”. This feels bad.

If this is tested and clearly THEN bows are starting to out damage everything else, then simply lower base stats of the class. I’m not asking for this as a way to be an overpowered class, the damage numbers can remain AROUND the same or slightly more if it happens to be a consequence of this proj speed buff- it wouldn’t hurt to give nomad a little more damage anyways I think we could all agree. Just within reason.

People have been asking for better shoot sped on nomad or mobility pretty much since ver 1.0, and devs have pretty much ignored any ideas, so ig they have no plans for buffing anything about the class

At this point id suggest to really just pick another class as devs most likely never will make anything about nomad shooting mechanics

They did add speedy on shot, but stationary isn’t the issue, missing ur shots is the issue, u can build around stationary on shot by simply not using high attack speed, u can’t build around missing shots by default with too low proj speed.

Well i heard that claim about a dozen times, sadly as i said before devs dont really seem to place much attention on his shooting mechanic at all
