i agree. the ability takes away your autos on mythic plus its hard to hit all of them and they dont scale with dex or have the chance to crit
speedy is pretty much a default on most classes now thanks to blessings
if i am wrong with any of these statements, please let me know. maybe im just not seeing the beauty in the item
