i think it should have some extra knockback reduction when being used

#

character does like a shield stance but is very vulnerable to being knocked back whilst in it which is kinda dumb

That I can agree with, 100% knockback and stun resist while using it would make it feeld a bit nicer

Turn the shield in to a focus ability, and then give it the parry perk

#

Give the tanks the ability to tank... with the shield item
