Someone's idea of prioritization is different than someone else's. I might want crystals more than jade drops at the moment. As the other reply also added, I might want food at this very moment and not some equipment.

I would suggest adding "food" at the top of that list
the whole purpose is so you won't get screwed over for last minute pickups like that one, but to fill up your bar at the top is a good idea, just not in the inventory.
the idea was mostly for boss drops
