Picking up Collectables gives you XP, since you don’t have the collector role you won’t be able to sell them but you are able to use the RDO Collector map to still get the cards, alcohol bottles, some family heirlooms, and Flowers. They should give you a decent amount of stuff for collecting them. And when you get the collector role you will be able to sell them all.
