Saint Denis bank heist

I’ve seen some videos on YouTube about a bank heist in Saint Denis but I’ve got no clue how to access it. The videos said I needed low honor and the first 3 story missions done but my game keeps crashing as I start the third one. I’m genuinely lost as to what to do here
