But it never gave me online with it. when i go to the rdo on store it wants me to pay 20$. Which is not fair because everyone else got rdo when they bought the game. When i try opening online through the base game it just says something went wrong with the rockstar servers

-> Try a VPN first (Windscribe is free).
-> Use Google DNS/Cloudflare DNS/NextDNS.
