Mine is around little creek river in big valley. Very consistent spawn just riding up and down there.

Heartland, great plains are also top tier

The Bayou aint bad, especially if you get lucky with gater spawns

If you want least effort, get naturalist and feed Cripps with pelts from legendary missions and occasional legendary animals you run into in freeroam.

I recommend the big field near Emerald Ranch, or go to the great plains left a black water. Best animals to hunt are any deer or Buffalo.
