whats the problem man are you gettin a error code? usually if the game doesnt boot up the graphics drivers need to be updated or the launcher (steam/rockstar) isnt running as admin these are 2 fairly common problems people have. there could be other issues maybe corrupted game files or system files you can verify them thru steam im not sure about rockstar launcher tho. if you cant figure it out id be happy to help ya let me know Howdy
