i have problem with rdr 2 i have it on steam and it worked till like 5h ago anyway when i start rdr2 on steam it opens r* and say play on steam and when i cliked that it say failure app running
i hope you understand what am i trying to say my eng is not very good

You're not supposed to click on the "Play on Steam" button from Rockstar's launcher. Instead, quit that launcher from the system tray and then launch the game from Steam itself. It should directly bypass Rockstar's launcher screen.

Backup save files for story mode if you have any or care, uninstall OneDrive if you still have it, delete rockstar games folder in documents, uninstall R* launcher/social club via add/remove programs, delete leftover R* files at C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\ and reinstall it as admin from here https://socialclub.rockstargames.com/rockstar-games-launcher
Preferably run steam as admin once you're done and gonna boot the game. Some steps might be optional, but if you follow all, it should resolve any issues.
