It's different for everyone.

gritty sonnet

Chipped, crude, raw, rough, splintered > 14%
Bone, feldspar, flint, slate > 7.5%
Agate, obsidian > 3.5%
Quartz > 3%

Btw common arrowheads probably are actually 12% and this source is a little off, but regardless, common ones are 60% combined, uncommon 30% and rare 10%.
