I was trying to raise my bounty to $100 (I did), but when I killed enough lawmen some NPC's spawned labeled "Marshall's Men" that took the place of lawmen, and they had more health and carcanos. I looked up everywhere about it since I've never seen it before and no results. Was this a glitch or if you kill enough lawmen they start to spawn? And if they do, do you end up fighting even harder lawmen like police or the army? I don't know if the ranks increase cause I became chased by bounty hunters which canceled the wanted. I'm in xbox and in freeroam.
