Believe its pretty ok since it will charge but it kinda depends. If ur playing on 120hz max then the battery will not charge up, but it will just drain shower. If you are playing I think its like charging until 70%

I currently use one for my quest 2 with my pc and I can say as long as you don’t use 120hz and stick to 90hz or lower you should be fine to use the link cable. As it will keep the headset at 80%
