your gonna need a new thumb stick to replace it

you can get them of something like AliExpress

#

sometimes if you send them back to Meta you can get them replaced for free if it was somthing like controller drift etc

i don't know about damages but you might be able to

maybe, your gonna wanna take the bottom of it out too tho, just incase you glue it in place

also, the warranty does not cover damages from the user to the controllers

you can always just replace the thumbstick itself

Well you should fix it as it seems DEFINITELY BROKEN! In that situation you can only do… you can buy a new thumb stick from aliexpress or from other websites and fix it by yourself, if you can’t fix it send it to a shop repair, if you have a guarantee then you can send it to meta and they’ll send you a new one but if you really think it’s unrepairable then buy a new controller

you can either glue that in with some superglue or epoxy (if you know how to), order aftermarket sticks and replace it yourself or send it to meta
