Sync Grid and Lucky Skills

In the interest of clarity of access, we've decided to create two separate posts for Sync Grid and Lucky Skills updates on the existing Tier List. The list will still share the same document, but updates will be provided in separate threads, particularly since Grid and Lucky Skills updates are often provided earlier than the later Tier List updates.

Should there be any need for further clarity on the provided lists or lucky skills or that you find some outdated and need editing, please direct any such queries or suggestions to @earnest isle or @cerulean plover. Please note that Mega Evolution grids have also yet to be updated accordingly after the free tiles, but this post will be edited accordingly when they are.
