for psychic and fighting she has the additional purpose of providing rebuff

but if you're using her with aaron you'd want aaron to use defend order to max and have him use that to spam instead

sing spam is just how you fit in as many syncs as possible and defend order is technically faster but the setup is worse so it's generally not preferred

but diantha needs the spdef buffs
