Volkner is an overall arse, he just discharge and Swift, can't use debuffs here cause both Marnie and Surge needs to run Zapdos and Emolga.
I'm not sure if I can squeeze more power into Marnie, taking any sync under E-Terrain is instant death. Timing needs to be on point so that Hau gets the big sync, while she misses timing.
