So, to recap, this theme was a 3k off-type to agonize over celebrate the new point cap. I wanted to make it fun, so I had to use a type that the center would be immune to; Ghost is immune to Fighting, Dark is immune to Psychic, and Flying (Caitlin has Xatu) is immune to Ground. Marshall has Breloom, which doesn't have any type immunities, but does have immunity to spore/powder moves, meaning I had to use a pair with one of those. As for Iris, Haxorus isn't immune to anything either, so I went with a male Water type because of Haxorus' Rivalry ability and because Dragon resists Water. Then, I had to take the first damage dealing pair of each of those types to win in order to prove that even older units can be usable! Sorry Hapu
