a more normal run might be able to get through bar 1 iron defense but that might more strictly require higher investment

Farm sync on bar 1 without setup, setup crit somewhere during bar 1 so you still lower defense, setup attack right before bar 2, enter bar 2 with a sync ready and sleep regirock to nuke the whole bar and from there you have 1 flinch and 1 sleep to get to your sync (between that and headbutt damage you should be able to kill I think)

Since you can't tm early for accuracy, run troublemaker and the acc tile for guaranteed sing

lodge lance needs hau to not suck vs torn really, event blue can count as cheaper than any spdef/def buffers potentially but you still need many things to go right

only made it to halfway mark there once and just barely
