for the other moltres clears use Bertha or Acerola to spawn sandstorm, and powerful damage dealer like SS Steven to kill the bird

you can also bring Elio or Melody to spam sing (it won't work while the weather is sunny so have weather changer on the team)

as for Latias pick units that can reliably lower multiple opponents stats, to counter Fluid Fortication. Especially look for way to counter evasion buffs on bar two -- either by Defog from Darach or by Piercing Gaze on SS Red

and Bulu i think doesn't require any unique tactic, any decent team should do the trick, try base Bianca/Giovanni/Sabrina for example

if you dodge the first draco meteor you should hopefully be able to clear things before latios fires another

but yea even with a lot of stuff going your way reaching bar 3 would still be monumental
