Given you take one init, and then you only have one to work with

You need to sync with Silver on bar two to set up sand again. Don't use Massive Rock Slide until just before 50% so avoid sun. It should get it close enough so you can finish bat 2 off. For bar 3, that's kind of a luck thing.

In my clear, I was already close to sync by the time bar 3 came around. After surviving Heat Wave, I sync and use Massive Rock Slide to finish it off
