essentially, flinch t1 with Grims and just use the combined pressure to sync with Gardenia, then save the second sync to oneshot second bar

then third bar is literally free

what I did was dire hit > iron head flinch t1 before using TM with bogo which leads to a clean Leaf storm/Iron head flinch

and gardenia's leaf storm hurts

so that can be removed

Basically the only "difficult" part is that you need to find room to set up the second dark zone toward the end of bar 2 for the bar 3 sync. Cyrus does have a lot of passives that proc but when you click dark zone the only thing that does is MGR2 (assuming youre using this LS) which happen only 30% of the time
