A) Get a spread sheet to keep track of what you have and have left.
B) Check the LG Repository / Old Clears from other people / Solo Doc for a head start. You do not need to waste too much time unless a clear is severely outdated (new grids, energy costs ETC)
C) List out your win conditions to know what kind of team are you cooking with. Like for example : Uxie needs one Status and one Intefere user (or just Status if you are cracked enough). Terrakion needs Weather/Zone/Terrain and so on. Focus on the one you think is the hardest first, before planning for the rest
D) Always make sure your team has enough Speed. Steven and Metagross might be strong but he is not going to budge by himself
E) Ask around. People are always willing to help
F) If you feel like it's too hard, just do a trio or do another clear unless you absolutely need to optimize for top 100. Frankly, it's not worth your sanity

so i have a much easier time to search for keywords that can help

like "Sleep" or "Flinch" or "Para"

In short for this run:
Uxie -> Para, Burn, Poison, Trap, Confusion, Can't Evade (Thorton, SC Steven...), Restrain (Nessa, Selene..), Rebuff... You name it
Gimmick: Status Bar 1 - 3, Interfere Bar 2 and 3. Remember that it's sure hit and sure crit effects at bar 2, 3 and half bar 3 also counts as status change, so you can (and should) nuke/attack it instaque if you want to cheat out damage
Regirock -> Flinch (reliable bar 1), Sleep (reliable bar 1 only), Critical Hits.
Gimmick: Focus on physical moves if you can because it only drops defense. If you cannot kill it fast, sustain through the process as it's damage is not very high with a decent tank. Crits will drop it's Defense Down automatically thanks to it's passive. A popular strat is to stack buffs bar 1 with flinch lock, and then nuke bar 2 so you can reliably crit it bar 3 and win fast.
Terrakion -> Sleepchain (Lessen Sleep 8 like Bulu), Freeze, Debuffs, Flinch, WTZ, and Evasion shenanigans
Gains insane offense over time. Flinch it or just kill it before it can kill you or debuff it to the point it cannot fight back reliably.
Gimmick: Clear Advantage 4 bar 2, Clear Advantage 8 bar 3
