Install PMEX to two devices, both connected to the same account
Begin an interaction on Device A
Before you do anything, turn Device A's internet access off (airplane mode, turn off 5G&Wifi, whatever it takes)
Finish the interaction while Device A has no internet access. If the result is satisfactory, turn its internet back on. If it is not satisfactory, leave it off and close the app while you switch to Device B.
Begin the interaction on Device B, turn off its internet, and proceed until you get to the result. Once again: if it is satisfactory, turn the internet back on to confirm it with the game server. If it is not satisfactory, leave its internet off, switch back to Device A, and turn A's internet back on.
Beginning the new interaction on Device B has stopped the game servers from caring about the interaction from Device A (otherwise it would have checked the autosaved result and confirmed that). So now you can once again start a new Interaction and turn your internet off...

Gotta count on pairs with regional bonuses and build around them
Here, a sample team for Slot A (+1Red&Yellow). 6 red from Selene being on an all-Alola team, 3 from a Stiker Elite Four (Olivia), plus 1 from Slot A itself make 10. Then stack four Rivals/Villains in for 8 Rare Cache, and then top it off with a Rare (not Omni) Extract to end up with 10 in it.
This is all general pool units except for Hau, a story unit
The valuable +3/-1 spread is on Elite Four, Champion, and Trial Giver. Rare Cache is on Rival, Villain, and Battle Facility Foe. It's easiest to build teams in regions with many pairs from these Trainer Groups (as shown; Alola has a lot of them)
Johto is hard to build for because it has no Champion (Lance counts as Kantonese for some reason despite living in Blackthorn City) and only two Elite Four (Will and Karen; the other two, Koga and Bruno, are Kantonese)
Galar is terrible to build for because it straightup has no Elite Four and its Champion is not in the general pool

Wally, Jasmine, and Gio are role-compression: they don't have buff sets as good as the others, but include Tech-ish stuff in their kits to help actual Techs on the team
Skyla, Sycamore, and Calem are effective strikers that don't need much grid investment to have most of their power, so they can fill a gap if you're short on attackers in that type (most likely to happen with Skyla)
That leaves Rosa and Silver. They do very similar things and even in the same type...

because those three will now be available every month through the monthly lodge scout - lance is this months featured pair, even
a unit like sygna hilda, sygna giovanni, sygna lysandre, or sygna piers is more likely to retain their value while being worth using a pick on, since they are unit variants
rose and copperajah might be worth the select, but i don't know his kit well enough to speak to that compared to the 3 og champs vs most of the rest of the banner
