But inside of max vibes, Attention won’t drop anyway. Ofc if the Hot Topic is the highest point topic, then you should take it, but if you have the option between a hot topic and a not topic of the same points, I don’t see why you should take the Hot Topic

Also about this thingy; after max vibes ends wouldn’t it be optimal to go for high pointers for more points rather than hot topics to lower attention drops? (Ofc 10 pt hot topics are optimal, but I think that a 10 pt not topic would be better than a 7 pt hot topic. Maybe math disagrees with me tho)

What is the Trainer Lodge?

The trainer lodge is a game mode where you interact with sync pair guests, doing so will earn you one-time level-up rewards, a new 4★ Sync Pair to recruit, and Lodge Stones. These stones are a currency used to purchase various customizations for the Lodge as well as Certificates of Excellence a new material used to increase the level cap of sync pairs to Lv. 150.

What are Expeditions?

In addition to guest interactions, you can set sync pairs out on expeditions to collect rewards. Simply set a team with expedition skill synergy and collect items needed to purchase additional interactions, as well as materials to empower your sync pairs and even scout tickets & power-ups tickets.

Daily Tasks

1. Collect a gift from the last guest you interacted with, if their Friendship is above Lv. 30 you'll have a chance to earn special rewards.
2. Perform at least 1 interaction with an invited guest, you can purchase 3 additional interactions daily from the Lodge Exchange.
3. Collect 1 gift from each expedition team.

Getting Started

• You should always interact with guests to earn Lodge Stones and other rewards since interactions only regenerate up to 3 interactions but not more than that.
• Level Up as many guests to Lv. 100 to unlock all their rewards and unlock an additional sync pairs for your roster.
• Form Expedition Teams focusing on unlocking additional expedition slots asap, so focus on colors first.
• Check your expeditions teams at the minimum every other day to claim rewards so you don't hit the item cap.

Tips & Tricks - Interactions

• After reset before receiving your daily gift, you can change the guests invited to the Lodge to manipulate who gifts you the item. Helpful when you're leveling new sync pairs who are still below Lv. 30.
• You can close the game before selecting a topic for a conversation's turn in order to restart the entire interaction, all items used at the start will be refunded.
• Use guides to select the best topics and locations for that sync pair to gain more Levels.
• The percentage displayed is how likely the conversation will continue, after selecting a topic a die is rolled to determine if the conversation will end or not based on the % remaining.
• Its generally safer to enter Max Vibes at Topic #3 instead of trying to save it for later, because the interaction could end abruptly which means you'll lose out on potential points you could've gained. The conversation can not end while in Max Vibes.

Tips & Tricks - Expeditions

• Expedition Teams receive innate boosts to their discovery levels.
• Team A receives +1 to Fiery (red) & Soothing (yellow)
• Team B receives +1 to Wistful (blue) & Rare Cache (treasures)
• Team C is a limited team slot available during certain events.
• After unlocking your team slots, it's more effective to set teams that aim for 10 of one color crystal and 10 of rare cache for both teams. You can simply rotate expedition teams so that you can accrue other colors.
• Expedition items can be used to augment your discovery level, use them to get up to 10 of a color & 10 of rare cache.
• Expedition items last 24 hours after applying them and cannot be overwritten, to optimize their application set an alarm on your personal device to remind you when these will expire.
• Typically once per day, you can find an option to cheer for your expedition team boosting their discovery levels, check back later if you don't see it available.
• Discovery Levels have thresholds for higher rewards, those are Lv. 4, Lv. 7, and Lv. 10. You should aim for these levels combined with expedition items so you can get more out of expeditions.

It's harder to build a strong blue+treasure team, since a lot of +treasure characters have -blue
So if you have difficulty with that, you can have a weak Blue+Treasure team "permanently" in Team B while you periodically swap Team A between Red+Treasure and Yellow+Treasure

Treasures can give you some Tier2 through Tier4(!) crystals of each color. They cannot give Tier1 crystals.
But Omni Extract can help you cover for this. Not enough to fully "profit" Tier1 crystals, but enough to slow down your net expenditures (on glasses and shovel mics for interactions) that you can last a while before switching up your colors

They're the best extract, and there's not much else to spend coins on. Buy as many as you feel like, though don't get caught without coins for the monthly shop resets (newbies need their sync orbs)

We sometimes use other extracts, but Omni is just so good because of the Tier1 crystal thing

At Treasure Lv10, the coins in the treasure boxes should more than balance out the cost of Omnis

You could, but you might also need to track when your Cheer expires

I used to do that until I was comfy with my stockpile of each crystal type

Cheer lasts 12 hours from when you press the button. It also has a slightly randomized cooldown period-- 24 hours plus a random interval, so there's always at least 12 hours of downtime

Yeah, it's tricky when you don't have a lot of sync pairs yet. As your roster grows, revisit your teams from time to time and see if you can improve them

1. extra copies of the FriendLv100 sync pairs, especially the Supports, to unlock their grids. The item you'd normally use for this (4star support candy) is a little scarce.

2. Certificates of Excellence. The Lodge is the only renewable source for these. They are the item required to upgrade a pair's level cap from 140 to 150 (consumes 1 certificate per level, so 10 per pair)

I ran out of friend keys for the first time since lodge started, I was advised a while ago to focus on chests, when making my teams for lodge, but should I maybe switch to gems because I’m kinda low on fiery, soothing, and wistful stones so I can’t really buy more keys?

i would still focus on 3 teams having max chest + highest level on one of the colours possible

Downgrade your gifts to the tier2 ones and you'll be able to stockpile more easily.
That said, I've been using Tier2s for most of this time and now I have too many tier4 stones... Maybe there's a point where it balances out.

The difference between 1.3 and 1.5 is not that much, and the difference in Attention% gain is not a real selling point when it's such a gamble to get below 80% to begin with

I am finally running out of keys after not buying many of them since launch-- though I do have almost every guest, each of which is 100 Friendlvs without needing keys.
I am absolutely filthy rich on tier4 stones.
If I were just trying to maximize keys, I'd spend all my tier3 stones on silver keys. But considering how long it took me to run out of keys in the first place (using almost entirely silver gifts), maybe I should upgrade to gold gifts and gold keys-- the increased FriendLv cap is not useful if I don't gain levels faster than I raise the cap

(Also bronze crystals regen fast during seasonal events like this one, since you can have three teams with Omni Extract bringing them in at once. You're low because it's been six months since we had a seasonal expedition-- they only happen for events that redecorate a location in Pasio, and neither Palentine's Day nor the Half-Anniversary actually do)
