Yeah. First step is naturally to get all 6 party slots. Second step is to build 10 Rare Cache on both team slots, and as much of one other color as you can at the same time for each team

Like, I use 10/1/1/10 on Team A and 1/1/9/10 for Team B. I'm missing Marnie so I don't have as many yellow-crystal guests, you see

There are some team suggestions in a document in one of the pins. Aside from that, I would more generally advise being aware of

1. which regions have themeskill-match sync pairs (e.g. Sycamore in Kalos),
2. which regions have +3/-1 stat spread sync pairs (Elite Four, Champion, Trial Giver), and
3. which regions have a lot of +Rare Cache sync pairs (Villain, Rival, Battle Facility Foe)

Like... Johto is awful to build for, because it only has two Elite Four and no Champion (Koga, Bruno, and Lance are from Kanto)
Galar is terrible to build for, because it doesn't have an Elite Four
Alola is very easy to build for, because it's positively overflowing with Trial Givers (and has more than four Elite Four)

3. Don't return to Trainer Lodge until the next reset. You can still play other game modes

Why this works: The number of interactions left is treated as 0 and is refilled to 3 after reset. The used interactions are refunded only after you return to Lodge
