Never reset after choosing an answer and the pair is evaluating it. It's an easy way to get the interaction(s) voided. That's right. Items spent but you get 0 xp

Silver and Rosa have water Techs-- Silver leans towards the sabotage side whereas Rosa leans towards DPS, and either one could work well with Nessa
Lillie has a fairy Tech that can group-debuff and sync snipe

N can do sleep shenanigans for stuff like Gauntlet

A reliable group-target Atk Down as a passive skill,
Wrap with griddable Pokey Trap,
and innate Synchro Healing.

She can grid for either that purpose, or for being a straightforward Fairy sync snipe. Her skillset has lousy on-type regular-move DPS, though-- probably in exchange for that reliable group Atk Down.

She's kinda like another take on Mina's kit, in a similar vein to Ghetsis vs Anniversary N. Group-target -1Atk vs singletarget -2Atk, and special sync snipe instead of physical.

The elephant in the room is, of course, that the most dangerous Fairy-weak fight in the game so far has Wise Entry ×2 (Sinnoh Challenge in the Champion Stadium), making Mina more useful when it matters most...

I think Silver, Rosa, and Lillie probably have the most going for them amongst the remaining options if you must pick based on mechanics, though
