In the pokecenter screen, tap "Lodge" above poryphone in the lower right side of the screen, and once in the lodge, tap "Invite" in the lower right. At the top left, there is a "Rewards" button in the red box- you can tap that, scroll down until level 100, and tap the trainer icon twice to get to their information screen. From there, you can check their stats, moves, sync grid and much more!

Every single Elite Four on my roster has +3/-1
Almost every Gym Leader on my roster (except Morty/Drifblim and Allister) has +1/+1
Almost every Rival on my roster (except Blue and Cheren) has +2Rare/-2Color
Of the Champions on my roster, two have region-match boosts and the rest have +3/-1
Every single Villain on my roster has +Rare; LuSSamine famously have +3 Rare/-4Color whereas the rest have +2Rare/-2Color

Team B it's honestly better to not go for Blue and Cache at the same time. for some reason. a lot or all of the +3 chest users have decreases in blue.
