I started focusing on lvl 10 red and blue then changed to yellow day 1 then I went 7/6 red yellow in team A, and 10 in blue Team B. I actually got silver slot first then gold and my last one was actually the bronze one just now.

Thinking about this pattern some more.
I think Blue uses the Champion profile and Cheren uses the Gym Leader profile
I still have no idea why Hala uses the Gym Leader profile instead of the Trial Captain one.
Main Character pairs are not the only ones with a +2/-0 profile; typeless pairs do, too. So Naomi will probably have a +2/-0 profile
