It can be a bit difficult at times, hell, I missed my dailies just the other day
But I think part of it is in just taking notice early and beginning to actively shift away from the game juuust a little bit more, to fill time with something else. That way it doesn't hit you as hard as it would if you were on the game hours at a time, grinding something out all at once

Instead, just doing dailies and maybe a tiny bit here, then leaving it alone completely so I can focus on something else

But I dunno if that can quite help everyone similarly, it might just be more because I'm typically the type to grind something out all at once & it's hard to break that habit sometimes, even if I can feel it contributing to my burnout

It's easy for that grind to suddenly feel like a chore, when just popping on to do a tiny bit occasionally can still retain a bit of my fun & ultimately let my enjoyment for the game come back more later

2). Stop playing for a week
3). ||Pull anything you like and make your gems literally 0||

Ik I will scolded for the 3rd option, but in your case you have to keep it an option to bring your mind back on track
