But the mindset here is to only work on guarantees, right?

A funny contradiction to "best damage dealers ever" is that the battle system has been purposely designed to where if your team has better "staying power", you will escalate in power from the Sync Move Buff system in place.

High damage strikers and techs are actually extremely niche, that when it comes time to swap them out for on-theme Extreme Battles, save for one or two strikers that exist, you'll be replacing them through and be in a mindset for pulling the next flavor of the month

Regardless its not like players don't have options. I would argue supports will always be more versatile in being "worth it" sync pairs, as a second support in an off-theme extreme battle can survive and contribute more to a battle than an off-theme striker or tech who would be defeated after one AoE attack from the opponent

10 - I have a preference for canon pairs, since those were the ones I bonded with first, so sygna suits, SC and so on, aren't as interesting, though a good trainer + pokemon can still sway me, like SC Guzma and Buzzwhole

11 - I like debuffers and colress has some of my favourite debuffing mechanics in ripple effect 9. Nerfing defense AoE is something that makes me wanna play him

12 - I like reaching high numbers on sync and Colress is a tech with a big ass multiplier on his grid

13 - physical pairs are considerably under served in my account. Colress would give direct support for a lot of them

14 - DeNa can't outdo themselves for me. Ghetsis and cofagrigus, along with Cyrus and weavile are the only hypothetical, non-existing pairs that can match him, for me

15 - I like how his name: Colress, Achroma, both make allusions for him being colorless, a blank canvas, which you paint through the black and white 2 game by winning over and over against him. Being friends or being controllers of Pokemon are actions with far different colors, but both could have painted him and made him adopt a philosophy through the game's story

Champion and intro theme

She felt like a pretty active champion through platinum, which felt uncommon in a nice way

Garchomp is very high on my ground and dragon fave list, as well as being a top 3, perhaps 2 Sinnoh pokemon for me. Rank 1 if we take into account the other pair isn't available in the game. Also wouldn't take garchomp with any other pair

I love how she spooks people in undella town. Was a big surprise for me

She owns alder in the anime in a way I can't help but like her

She's my favourite champion, despite the fact that I like gen V much more

She likely has the coolest champion team I've seen too

I also like her lodge pokemon, which no other Cynthia can provide

She's the missing link on my ground teams: a damage dealer that I actually care about

I have a thing for sharp, elegant women

18k likely is the best deal I could get for Cynthia

Yeah, I'm actually more tempted to go for her now

that outfit - I love a woman who isn't afraid to wear strange things - and of itself it's all about confidence. This is my biggest reason for loving her - she's raw confidence incarnate.

Honestly Highlander, get Colress on a pokefair (or masterfair) where you want to go to 3/5 or 5/5, preferably a tech.

Masterfair is very risky though, you might come out with 0 copies and need to get it instead of Colress. Pokefair is very likely to come before pity if you still don't have him at some point. Personally I'd wait few months and consider that as part of the saving process - to get both your favorite internet explorer man and something else at once.
