Both are equally hard at around 2 boost, one is a time race which requires brute force and the other needs specific counter in weather change and debuffs

Palmer just became "easier" now that we got bellelba

The point is palmer can totally be countered just by buying more boost to improve your damage. He doesnt have any gimmick so any huge nuker of yours can work and beat him, and bellelba is never needed from the start. Meanwhile anabel requires weather change and heavy debuff, along with role bonus and theme skill boost to maximize your points, meaning building a comp is very restricted no matter how many boost you bought, to the state you would rather spend on apple cup or changing to hard stage. That’s why i said palmer is easier than anabel.
