You can definitely save the medals you get from the weekly pass, but is advisable to just use your weekly passes regardless, personally I still have 3 passes left from the launch (I didn't had time to use all of them day one) and I will ude them only if I will be short on medals for the 20 vouchers, if you meant that by saving passes, yes you can save leftover passes as long as you use your weekly ones

1. Check what you get for Initial Upgrade. Make sure to use a pair that shares the theme with the upgrade (For example, if Ghost upgrade, always have a Ghost pair in your team)
2. Get at least 3 more of the same upgrade so you can stack up to 500% stat increase. You can always check the shop after every clear
3. Use pomatool to check the role bonus for upcoming areas. Ideally you want to get 2.5x increase per stage. (Keep in mind that dropping a pair will render them unusable in next area)
4. Play VH until Area 10. Consider tuning down to H if it's too difficulty (Anabel or Palmer)

And ignore the rest in the shop. Except in extreme circumstances, consider buying a helpful 100 pts one time use items

When going through the gamemode, try to use many units whose roles match with 2 bonus roles of each round (spending cakes on your sync pairs helps a lot)

I was able to use NC Rosa and just spammed Teeter Dance to keep interference going. Could use Bertha and just spam Sand Tomb once Argenta cures the first rebuff
