Description (written by Gigafreak#4754)
The Battle Villa is a 30-stage gauntlet to be cleared with a limited number of party slots for sync pairs. But the key is that you don't need to take it all on at once.
Firstly, enemy HP is remembered across attempts at the same stage. Secondly, you receive a Full Recovery item every day, which you can use at your discretion from the Recover menu at the bottom of the stage select screen. This will essentially reset your team-- not just to full HP and MP, but also allow you to change members. You can take on a few stages per day, with laser-focused teams for the stages you'll be fighting that day. (Note that you cannot stockpile Full Recoveries; you can only hold one at a time. If you already have an unused one when the day rolls over, you won't be issued another that day. Use 'em or lose 'em.)
The Villa is formatted into six "cycles" of five stages each, and each cycle focuses on three elemental-type weakpoints. 17 of the 18 types are represented among the enemy weakpoints-- nothing is weak to Normal, so instead Water is featured as a weakpoint twice while the rest are featured once each.
Stage 1: 3 enemies, Weakpoint A
Stage 2: 3 enemies, Weakpoint B
Stage 3: 3 enemies, Weakpoint C
Stage 4: 6 enemies in two waves
Wave 1: Weakpoint A on the sides and Weakpoint B in the middle
Wave 2: Weakpoint A on the sides again, and Weakpoint C on the boss
Stage 5: 9 enemies in three waves (with Wave 3 having the boss)
Wave 1: Weakpoint A
Wave 2: Weakpoint B
Wave 3: Weakpoint C
BONUS PRIZE ROOM
Stage 6: 3 enemies, Weakpoint D
Stage 7: 3 enemies, Weakpoint E
(etc.)
If you are a beginner to the Villa, you'd probably best use your 9 sync pair slots for 3 separate teams, one for each of the three weakpoints of the current "cycle," and then aim to clear one cycle every two days.
Stage 1: Team 1 fights enemies with Weakpoint A (but rations their MP usage)
Stage 2: Team 2 fights enemies with Weakpoint B (but rations their MP usage)
Stage 3: Team 3 fights enemies with Weakpoint C (but rations their MP usage)
Stage 4A: Team 1 takes out the four side enemies with Weakpoint A, and then goes down
Stage 4B: Team 2 takes out the miniboss with Weakpoint B, and then goes down
Stage 4C: Team 3 takes out the boss with Weakpoint C, and then takes a few swings at Stage 5's first enemies before also going down. This ends your run for the day.
NEW DAY, FULL RECOVERY
Stage 5A: Team 1 fights and eliminates the first wave with Weakpoint A, then goes down
Stage 5B: Team 2 fights and eliminates the second wave with Weakpoint B, then goes down
Stage 5C: Team 3 fights and eliminates the third wave (and boss) with Weakpoint C, then takes a few swings at Stage 6 before going down. This ends your run for the day.
NEW DAY, FULL RECOVERY
Form new teams 4, 5, and 6 to fight enemies of Weakpoints D, E, and F.
Stage 4: Team 4 fights enemies with Weakpoint D (but rations their MP usage)
Stage 5: Team 5 fights enemies with Weakpoint E (but rations their MP usage)
Stage 6: Team 6 fights enemies with Weakpoint F (but rations their MP usage)
(...etc.)
You have 14 days. If you clear a cycle every two days this way, you'll be done in 12 days. In practice, since the first one or two cycles are so low-level, you might even be done sooner than that-- having not needed to wait for a Full Recovery to steamroll them in a single day.

Day One / Zero Recovery Guide
Team: Sycamore & Xerneas / Cyrus & Palkia / Skyla & Swanna
Sycamore is the tank of the team. With Horn Leech and his sync grid, he can keep himself healthy over multiple fights. Furthermore, his sync move gives +6 SpAtk/SpDef/Speed to the entire team, independent of MP.
Cyrus is the main damage dealer. With Critical Focus 2 on his sync grid, he can raise his critical-hit rate, independent of MP. Together with Sycamore's sync move, his offensive stats will be maximized.
Skyla's job is to heal Cyrus and herself when necessary with Potion. In addition, her Gust uses effectively 0 move gauge with her sync grid. This is helpful for lowering the sync move countdown, as it allows her teammates to queue moves alongside her.
Game Plan
Before the first sync move, use Spacial Rend with Cyrus, Gust with Skyla, and Dazzling Gleam with Sycamore. Once Cyrus has landed a critical hit with Spacial Rend, you can switch to Hydro Pump. Use Sycamore's sync move first. After sync, you can afford to use Moonblast or Horn Leech with Sycamore.
If anybody has low HP from the previous battle, you might want to use Potion at the start of the next battle, and restart the battle until you get an MP refresh.
Sync Grids
Note: If you are low on sync orbs, the most important tiles are Critical Focus 2 on Cyrus, and the Horn Leech Master Healer tiles on Sycamore.

Other Options: If you have Leaf&Eevee at 3/5, you may want to replace Skyla for Leaf. If you have Red&Snorlax, you can run Cyrus/Red/Sycamore or Cyrus/Red/Leaf if Leaf is 6*EX
