I tried to debug myself when comes to this
Hardwares: LDO Steppers, BTT Octopus V1.1 F446 and TMC-2209
Model: VCore-3.2H
I haven’t changed anything on the board, after I do Beacon_Ratos_Calibrate, it happened and then I try to swap these Drivers (as per solution from Klipper Discourse)
My question is: Does this mean all my stepper drivers are gone or just Stepper Z and X ?

Update #1:
I have checked the hardware (As there is no changed in my code):
Jumper correct for UART (1 Jumper each slots)
TMC2209 have no short and have 24V (Measured from VIO and GND pins)
all Steppers motors are fine (Continuity between A1-A2,B1-B2)
Wires are pre-crimped from LDO so no replacement of wires
Extruder uses TMC2209 on EBB-36 works fine
My Method of testing: DUMP_TMC STEPPER=stepper_x (x,y,z depends). As result in attachment.
Meanwhile Extruder returns value

#Update 2:
I have noticed there is a problem from my Octopus Temperature when at normal state:
the Temp of MCU rises to 200C which result in a faulty Thermistor. the Board is completely fried. Root cause is unknown but it was something to keep in mind to.
I have replaced with a brand new Octopus PRO v1.0.1, REUSE the TMC Drivers of course, Works fine, Except I have to recalibrate again, that's fine
