How to permanently remove section from RatOS.cfg

I am running external Drivers using the step/dir/en pins instead of stepstick drivers, and to get this to work i need to uncomment the [tmcxxxx] sections. But due to the RatOS.cfg not allowing permanent changes i cant simply uncomment them, and i cant override them with nothing in the printer.cfg afaik. Is there a way to solve this?
