I'm trying to test my limits with my printer.. I am printing grid infill at 250mm/s (yes I know it's fast lol) but I'm wondering if at this speed I hit my machine's limitation or if anyone has any idea as to what to adjust at this point.. I've had a couple of attempts but the print always fails at the grid infill (as shown in the photo).. My last attempt had the following stats:
Slicer: Orca
Filament type: PETG, Overature
Nozzle type: Rapido HF, v2
Printer model: V-Core 3
Retraction: 0.5mm, retraction speed 45 and deretraction speed 40mm/s
Flow ratio: 0.92
Pressure advance: 0.028
Nozzle temp: 245
Cooling: CPAP, min fan speed 5%, Max 15%
Sparse infill pattern: Grid
Sparse infill speed: 250mm/s
Now Ican print the first 3 layers just fine, solid infill at 250mm/s but when it gets to the sparse infill, it misses.
I know i can print slower but I'm really curious if a setting or tweak would resolve or is this now a physical limitation..
Appreciate the time.
