Is anybody else who is using heavy duty idler experiencing that some of them are leaking oil/grease? Yesterday I replaced one of them because it started to make a lot of noise on long movements and noticed oil everywhere on the idler and on the shaft it was on. After investigating it seems that most of the idlers around the motors are very oily, maybe they can't handle the temps?
I don't think I've gotten too many hours on them after installing...

One of my idlers started making clicking noise as many others have reported. Maybe bearingstacks is the way to go

Yeah, not sure why these idlers are so "heavy duty" if more people have the same issue. The noise from my idler(s) I think must be that the bearings starting running dry after too much leakage.
