Bought Vcore 4 , 400 IDEX a year ago, put it together, and never really got serious about it until now, saw the upgrade kit, figured since I hadn't truly dialed it in yet I would print the parts I need then do the upgrade. I've printed test cubes, and noticed they were off, but didn't have time to mess with it.

First thing I printed for the upgrade today was the 1818 m12 alignment tools with PLA. What I noticed from this and after measuring previous cubes and benchy's is that the X and Y dimensions are pretty dead on accurate, but the Z is smashed making the inside dimensions not accurate. The height should be 15mm and its 14.62, the 18.2 is 17.8 and the 12.0 is 11.7. The X and Y outside measurments are correct. First Layer and printing is pretty flawless

Any ideas. I've done stepper adjustments, and flowrates on my corexy, but RATOS seems different.

Thanks

Update. I loaded a different filament profile and printed in ABS, almost exact same results. It’s not shrinkage setting because I checked that, and the X and Y are still near perfect. Need help if anyone has suggestions. Upgrade kit comes today, but I need to print ABS parts and my other printer won’t print it.
