#Wrong hotend temperature

Either a wire is disconnected, or you have the wrong thermistor selected.
If you heat up the hot end with a heat gun or similar, does the measured temp increase?
I selected the PT1000. The error keeps showing so I cannot see the nozzle temperature. I set the thermistor to NTC and the temperature on the nozzle shows its 170 degrees when its cool and if I heat it up through ratos the temperature goes down instead of up an crashes again after a while.
Set it back to PT1000. Did you put the jumper on the toolboard to select the pt1000
No I didn’t put any jumper on the toolboard. There wasn’t one before I change the toolboard. Do you know where the jumper goes and if there is a process to re-flash the board with the jumper on?
Tried everything, nothing seems to work
Finally fixed it. I had to put the jumper on and seems that the thermistor was not all in the way in the extruder. Thats why I was getting all kind of temperatures. Anyway thank you very much for your help!
