Bout to head to bed, but are you able to move the motors one at a time? That doesn't sound right, and I think that sounds is one of a stepper motor with a phase swapped or something.

The movement seems fine though I don't know IDEX well. That sound is NOT normal tho

thats what i thought too all the wires are the same im headed to bed too ill look at it when i get up

Try taking off the belts and see if the motors still make the noise?

OK, hope this explains what I’m doing and if I move the tool heads toward the back, they both spin equally except for the top right and bottom right?
