Hi, i have a problem with my new idex build. X movement on both heads are okay, but if i want to move Y, he moves in Y but also both heads in X.

From what you report, I'd say the configuration is not set to IDEX. On IDEX, only the top motors should turn when moving Y.

Yes, I'm wrong. When moving X, only X motors move. However, when you move Y, both top and bottom motors turn

Have you checked that everything is tight? The top motors are actually turning the belts?

Maybe they are slipping?

I Open the Manual Website, i forgot to select Idex, so i read to leave the Upper Y belts unmounted, with belts everything works perfectly
