I have the belts tensioned at about 85hz where I have always traditionally run them with good success.

Using the Realtime Analysis tool I can hear nothing ratting at any frequency., although when I use Oscillate X-Y with B motor isolated the motor sounds considerably louder at around the higher frequencies of the higher frequency hump and the spcectral density is noticeably larger.

I am beginning to think there might be someing wrong with the 'B' driver or the B motor. Timne to start swapping motors and drivers and see if the symptoms switch from the B motor to the A motor.

I'm having a hard time getting a feel for the real time analyst, its tricky. I installed shake-tune and use the excite axes. Had a similar issue at the same frequency. I set the excite axes to 125 and tightened one belt until the slight buzz went away. Be warned that shake-tune shows a more sensitive vibration so I still realy on the built in input shapper for my final readings
