RatOS, Klipper and Moonraker Invalid

This has now happened to me twice where I turn on my printer (vcore 3.1) and the klipperscreen shows that my RatOS, klipper and moonraker is invalid. I can't hard recover as it has lost connection with my router and soft recover makes it look like its fixed but actually its still broken. Does anyone know why these programs turn invalid with the printer just being on with no input from me? @grim seal

If your connection to your router is spotty, then the moonraker update checks fail and can result in "invalid".

Most likely i local network setup problem.

But i can't really tell you anything for sure without a log. Please post moonraker.log.

So it's always been a bit spotty for the ratrig. Been fine for my other printers. Annoyingly I can't access the pi to get the moonraker log as moonraker is one of the programs not working

I could connect the printer via Etherley if this will solve the problem. Do I need to do anything for it to connect via that way and also the ip address for mainsail?

Ethernet solves bad wifi yes 😄

Just plug in the ethernet cable

Only your router can tell you the IP it assigned to the pi

Just via WiFi. But I have used the BTT CB1 which comes with an external antenna

I will use an Ethernet for now. Planning to replace my router anyway so will do that aswell

Thanks for your help on this. Added a range extender as a mesh point and I t works perfectly. Clearly a few dead spots in my house
