Looks like your extruder is skipping. Definitely not a first layer offset issue.

#

Do you hear the extruder making noises like a knocking sound and do you feel it pulling the filament at an uniform rate?

#

What extruder are you using?

#

I dont hear it skipping

Hold the filament as it's printing

#

Does it seem to hop when it skips like that?

I printed it agian with more flow rate 100 percent instead of 92 (which is the orcaslicer default) and it seems to fix it but my bed seems off level in the corner

Make it 97 😉

#

Doesn't hurt to try 🤷‍♂️

I appriciate the help

but this is just an offensive advice

Okay this is a shot in the dark but is your filament dry?

#

Because the moisture in the filament could be making gas bubbles leading to the gaps in your lines. I'm guessing by the inconsistency of the gaps and the fact that it looks like there's no issue with smaller prints.
